The Liquid trap is a protective device designed to separate (trap) liquid from the incoming air supply from the unit under test. The liquid trap is installed in the pressure supply line between the pressure standard and the unit under test. The bottom end of the liquid trap has a fitting that is compatible with the quick-disconnect ports on the pressure standard.

The Fluid Separator provides the flexibility to calibrate hydraulic instruments using either a pneumatic (gas) input pressure source or a hydraulic input pressure source.

The Fluid Separator transmits input test pressure to the output end across an elastomeric membrane. The input end of the fluid separator can be connected to a pneumatic pressure source, or it can be filled with fluid and connected to hydraulic pressure source. The output end of the fluid separator is filled with hydraulic fluid compatible with the device under test.

The Model 3646 Portable Instrument Cleaning System is a portable, completely self-contained maintenance system designed for cleaning pressure gauges, transducers, and other “dead end” instruments incorporating a Bourdon tube or similar sensing element. The Model 3646 Portable Instrument Cleaning System is also useful for maintaining vacuum gauges. The cleaning process is driven by an electrically powered pump unit, which is used to evacuate and fill the gauge-sensing element with an environmentally friendly non-toxic solvent to flush away contaminants. Raptor Scientific recommends the Model 3646 Portable Instrument Cleaning System for maintaining the master gauges furnished with the Model 3112 Portable Live Pressure Calibration and Test System, Model 3461 Portable Pressure Calibration/Test System, Model 3540 Portable Pneumatic Gauge Tester, and other instruments and test sets incorporating Bourdon tube sensing elements with a maximum measurement range above 15 psig.
